Field Studies Council
The Field Studies Council (FSC) run a programme of Natural History courses. FSC are an environmental education charity with 70 years' experience of providing courses and fieldwork opportunities, inspiring people of all ages about the natural world.
The short residential and one-day courses on offer are available at all levels of expertise and benefit from expert tuition throughout. Courses take place across our network of UK Centres which are in stunning locations, from the Scottish Highlands to the south Devon coast. They are all in areas with unique wildlife and beautiful surroundings to explore.

West Surrey Natural History Society
Indoor meetings are held in East Horsley Village Hall on the 4th Thursday of the month from September - April. Normal meetings are £3 for non-members.

Spelthorne Natural History Society
Indoor meetings are held on the second and occasionally the fourth Wednesday of the month, at Shepperton, between September and May, with speakers. Outdoor meetings are mainly on Sundays.

Surrey Bat Group
A group of enthusiasts and experts whose principal aim is to protect the county's bat populations through survey and monitoring work, as well as educating the wider public on bats and their conservation. Surrey Botanical Society
We hold regular Field Meetings in the growing season, which are very enjoyable. All are welcome, and no previous experience is demanded. The Elmbridge Commons
